Volunteers: Criminal Record Checks All resources for completing your volunteer criminal record check are available here. All fees are covered by KCS. We sincerely appreciate your efforts on behalf of our students. Thank You!

Volunteers: Privacy Agreement A KCS we value the privacy of our students, staff, and volunteers. It is the expectation that all board members, committee members, and volunteers will abide by these standards and guidelines. Thank You!

Volunteers: Drivers All volunteers who will be transporting students in personal vehicles must also submit a completed Driver Form along with a copy of insurance showing current and sufficient coverage, and a copy of the driver’s license. Thank You!

Tuition Assistance Package As a Christian community, we gratefully acknowledge that everything has been given to us by God and that it is our responsibility to help carry one another’s burdens. At the same time, we are called to be good stewards of what God has graciously provided and fulfill our responsibility to manage the school well. It is out of gratefulness toward God and compassion for other Christian families that KCS is helping those who need financial assistance at times.

Communication Guidelines

To foster healthy, respectful relationships, please be aware of the following:

Staff will communicate to families during the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm on school days.

For student and staff/board privacy and safety, all school communications must take place via KCS platforms (KCS App or @kingschristianschool.com email addresses).

Please do not use personal contact information to communicate with staff or board members about school matters.
